Social Security Sector Reform
Quay Asia is providing technical assistance to the Cabinet Division Ministry of Women and Children's Affairs, and the Ministry of Labour and Employment. This is part of a five-year €5 million project to design and implement a national child benefit scheme funded by the European Union.
